The Mini-Grow 384™
The Mini-Grow 384 combines temperature incubation with orbital shaking. Ninety-six deep well block bacterial cultures grown in the Mini-Grow 384 will reach densities equal to or exceeding those in shaker tubes or flasks. The Mini-Grow 384 can hold (4) 96 deep-well blocks or (96) 17 X 100 tubes. Adapters for flasks are also available.
This rugged instrument solves the problem of growth in 96-well blocks as it combines precision small orbit shaking with high RPMs to cause robust bacterial culture growth in 96-deep well blocks.
We also offer Deep Well Microtiter Blocks (DWB-96) and Sterile Microporus tape (MPT-100) that can be used for growth of 96-deep well cultures. Microporous tape is used to seal deep-well blocks during growth while allowing aeration of the culture.
Small foot print (13.5 x 19 inches) requires minimal bench space.
